All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
As a home-based business, we carefully prepare each order to ensure quality before shipping.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (within country): 2–5 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

We ship orders using reliable carriers such as:

  • Standard postal services

  • Courier services (where available)

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
